Apple’s App Store has well over 900,000 apps. However, not all 900,000 + apps are available in every single country. Certain apps like Google Voice, tends to be country specific . Like wise there are a lot of apps that are available in selected countries but you can fool your iPhone into thinking you are in another country.
Although I’m doing this on Mac, it works the same on Windows.
What you need: iTunes on your computer.

1. Launch iTunes
3. Scroll down to the bottom.
4. Click on your country’s flag.
5. Choose the market you want to be in
6. Once you’ve done that, you will be redirected to the iTunes Store of your choice. Now, click on “App Store” in the top menu.
7. Then click on any free app that you see.
8. Click the “Free” button.
9. Then, a pop up message will appear asking you to log in. Do not login with your existing Apple ID as doing that will take you back to your original iTunes store. You will need to create a new ID. Click “Create Apple ID”.
10. Agree to terms and conditions.
11. Fill out the form. Then click continue.

12. Now under the payment option, select none unless you have a credit card from that country*.
13. Fill out the address form. Enter a random address it doesn’t really matter. Now click create Apple ID. That’s it
*In order to purchase paid apps from another country’s App Store, you need to have a credit credit from your selected country – i.e you must have a credit card from a bank in that country.
