Google is presenting a whole new approach to do inbox’s by splitting your messages up into tabs that group mails by type: one for social networking, one for promotional correspondence from businesses, and one for news about app updates, as well as keeping track of invoices and receipts. And of course, there’s still a primary inbox for regular old emails. Google claims that this new customizable tabs put you back in control so that you can see what’s new at a glance and decide which emails you want to read and when. Google says that the new inbox will be rolled-out gradually over the next few weeks, for desktop, Android, and iOS users alike. However I gonna show you how you can actually activate it right away!
How to get the New Google Gmail Inbox Activated?
Its pretty simple, open up your normal Gmail and click on the cog (the settings button, as shown below) in the top right corner, select configure inbox and boom! There you have the new Google Gmail inbox activated!
